Current State Assessment

We work with all relevant stakeholders and also assess the project artefacts to determine the state of a project and project management maturity.

This involves an understanding of your culture and project management history.

A current state assessment is produced and we both validate the assessment to ensure it is true and accurate.

We use the Capability Maturity Model Assessment criteria and then work out any issues and which gaps need to be addressed.

This can also be used to create a mentoring and training program to increase your project management maturity.
